Many people recognize the severity of human overpopulation, many do not. It will take great effort to awaken people from their ignorant stupor.
Many of us have already made a personal sacrifice by resolving to have only one child or none at all. While we wait for the rest of the world to catch up, and if we set our sights on a common goal (one billion perhaps) we might consider ourselves billionaires – at least for the time being.
In the jesting words of Les U. Knight; "If there were only one billion people on earth, we could all live like billionaires."
